We are seeking both an Associate level Analytics Consultant and a mid-level Analytics Consultant. See responsibilities and qualifications for details.

The Analytics Consultant is a self-driven individual with a proactive mentality who enjoys helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. You will interact with internal senior leadership and quickly ramp up to interact with customers and prospects. What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• 7+ years in Senior Analytics/Analytics Consulting or related areas for Senior role; 1+ year for Associate
• AWS certification or related cloud experience
• Strong SQL and data analytics skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau/Micro Strategy is a plus
• Experience with CCaaS and virtual work environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team

What You’ll Do:

• Leverage analytics tools to derive business insights
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver call center analytics solutions
• Work with IT and business clients to align needs with capabilities
• Design and build systems using AI/ML tech stack
• Lead client workshops and maintain knowledge base

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in analytics roles; AWS certs a plus
• Experience with Micro Strategy and SQL;
  Red Shift a plus
• Speech & Text analytics experience and data flow knowledge
• Strong communication and remote-working capability

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and on-call support
• Automate infrastructure management and monitoring
• Ensure security and compliance across infrastructure

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years in Dev Ops/SRE/Operations in cloud-first environments
• Strong AWS, scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js), Docker/Kubernetes
• CI/CD tooling and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
