Job SummaryThe Systems Analyst supports Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations by maintaining accurate crew deployment plans and system data integrity within CAD and related utility systems. This role plays a key part in preparing operational systems for ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) migration. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform structured data cleanup and validation activities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute crew changes in CAD to maintain accurate deployment plans and personnel records
- Perform ad‑hoc data cleanup within OMS and related T&D systems
- Support data integrity initiatives in preparation for ADMS transition
- Process SAP notifications and related system updates
- Maintain documentation and validation records for system readiness
- Ensure operational accuracy across transmission and distribution support systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools
- Overview or working knowledge of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations
- Familiarity with OMS, CAD, SAP, or ADMS environments
- Fully remote role (U.S.
-based) - Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Collaborative utility operations support environment
