Senior Business Analyst, Population Health - Remote

• Serve as the liaison between Population Health and regional clinical teams for optimizing workflows and work queues
• Translate population health requirements into workflows, documentation templates, and reporting structures
• Design and execute SQL queries to analyze data from various sources for reporting and decision making
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Support data integration efforts and ensure timely data flow between platforms to impact quality metrics

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or Health IT support role
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and population health concepts
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and visualization
• Ability to work standard hours in PST time zone and travel up to 20%

• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Epic EHR modules and quality measurement platforms like Cozeva
• Experience with a scripting language, such as Python
• Understanding of quality reporting standards, including HEDIS and STARs
• Project management or process improvement certification, such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma
