SharePoint Online and Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support enterprise-level solutions. The role involves building automated workflows, modern intranet solutions, and ensuring governance, security, and performance optimization within a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate flows.
• Integrate approvals, Outlook notifications, and SharePoint lists.
• Convert and redesign PDF forms into Microsoft Forms.

• Plan and implement SharePoint Online intranet solutions, including HUB sites.
• Migrate content from CMS platforms to SharePoint Online.
• Administer site collections, permissions, libraries, and workflows.
• Improve security, governance, and best practices.

• Provide end-user support and resolve platform-related issues.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards.
• Mentor junior team members and deliver user training/documentation.

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Strong expertise in workflows, automation, data integration, and governance.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise users.

• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
