• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying their strategic needs
• Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and evaluate their effectiveness

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, or Statistics
