Process Pro Consulting is looking for a Hub Spot Consultant (Tier I or II), who lives at the intersection of Rev Ops strategy, CRM architecture, and hands‑on technical execution
. This role is for experienced Hub Spot operators who love designing smart systems, solving messy data problems, and helping B2B teams actually use their CRM as intended.
This is not a plug‑and‑play onboarding role. You’ll work with growth‑stage and enterprise B2B clients to architect, implement, and optimize complex Hub Spot ecosystems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub.
What You’ll Do Hub Spot & Rev Ops Work- Help lead Hub Spot onboardings, implementations, migrations, and re‑architecting projects
- Design scalable CRM architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub
- Build advanced workflows, automation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, and routing
- Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and governance models
- Own data migrations and integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, APIs, Zapier, etc.)
- Establish CRM and data hygiene standards that support reliable reporting and forecasting
- Build advanced reporting and dashboards for exec, Rev Ops, sales, and marketing teams
- Translate Rev Ops strategy into clean, usable Hub Spot solutions
- Act as a trusted Hub Spot and Rev Ops advisor to B2B clients
- Help lead discovery, solution design, and technical decision‑making
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Deliver documentation, Looms, and enablement to ensure long‑term adoption
- Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations proactively
- Identify expansion opportunities and ongoing optimization needs within accounts
- 4+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience (Professional or Enterprise tiers), ideally across custom onboarding, integrations, migrations, and implementations
- A background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops — especially in high‑growth B2B SaaS
- Experience acting as a strategic consultant or agency partner
, directly supporting clients - Strong technical expertise with CRM design, marketing automation, data migration, and reporting
- A strategic mindset and the ability to connect the dots between business goals and technical solutions
- Confidence in managing cross‑functional projects and facilitating change
- Clear, client‑friendly communication skills (you can simplify complex concepts with ease)
- Experience working at a Hub Spot Solutions Partner or digital agency
- Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace
- A knack for building scalable systems that fuel growth
- Hub Spot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, or Ops Hub)
- Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience & skillset: Tier I or II)
