Our company supports Federal Government projects by implementing a cloud-based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The system meets the current and future needs of the Agency by providing critical administrative digitized workflow activities for Facilities Asset Management and other business processes.

This position requires strong customer‑facing interaction skills and hands‑on technical management and development of project documents. The role includes leading development teams for the full systems development lifecycle—planning, design, build, test, and deployment of the Service Now‑Nuvolo Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Facilities Management enterprise cloud application implementation project. The position supports an Agile SAFE development team with Service Now platform and plugin Nuvolo application, data migration analysis, application interfaces, Nuvolo application functional configuration support, and deployment activities including security assessment and authorization.

• Full SDLC experience facilitating the implementation of Enterprise COTS Business Applications within the Federal Government, including managing project master schedule in MS Project, periodic government reviews, project deliverables, work products, test management, and deployment.
• Detail‑oriented and strong communication with customer, promoting collaboration across the development team.
• Support cloud‑based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) consisting of Service Now PaaS and SaaS Nuvolo plugin, including data integration and enterprise application integration (EAI), Service Now platform installation and post‑install configuration, and Nuvolo IWMS / Facilities Management configuration.

90% Remote with periodic onsite meetings with MTC internal management.

Must undergo a background check and receive a Public Trust Clearance Level to perform on this project.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.

• Ten or more years of project experience with Enterprise COTS implementation.
• Five or more years of experience implementing Service Now.

• Seven or more years of Service Now project experience as the overall leader of IT projects for Federal Government organizations.
• Two or more years of Nuvolo application implementation and/or training services.
