• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor their effectiveness

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects that drove measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
• Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
• Deep knowledge of health plan operations and value-based care models
