- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with other analytical tools
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
