Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Specialist based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The Data Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, developing models, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing data analytics, creating and maintaining databases, interpreting data sets, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with data-driven solutions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a significant aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Data Modeling
  • Strong SQL and creating Stored Procedure
  • Proficiency in Data Management and maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and database software is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills to convey data insights effectively to diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
