Job DescriptionPrime Therapeutics is seeking a strategic Senior Power Platform Administrator to lead the administration, governance, and optimization of its enterprise Microsoft Power Platform. This role enables secure, compliant, and scalable low‑code innovation, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities, while partnering closely with IT and business teams to support Prime’s regulatory, security, and privacy requirements. Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
Responsibilities- Administer and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform to support secure, scalable enterprise adoption
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards aligned with regulatory and privacy requirements
- Manage environments, DLP policies, connectors, and platform health to ensure reliability and performance
- Enable low‑code solutions, automation, analytics, and AI while balancing innovation with control
- Support AI‑driven capabilities using Copilot Studio and advanced analytics through Microsoft Fabric
- Drive platform maturity through documentation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience;
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required - 5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse with demonstrated experience implementing Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity/security concepts
- Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
- Strong problem‑solving and business analysis skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with Copilot Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and integrations (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure)
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL 200, PL 400, PL 600, PL 900)
- Experience supporting enterprise citizen developer programs
- Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Previous experience in PBM / health care industry

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $ based on experience and skills.
