Location: Hybrid/Remote, but must be local to the Detroit Area
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some nights and weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $55,000 - $60,000 salaried, depending on experience
Responsibilities- Oversee the successful delivery of web, print, and digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines and scope are met
- Collaborate with Marketing Coaches to guide clients through the project delivery process
- Act as the central point of coordination between Creative, Production, SEO/Paid Media, and Client Services teams
- Create project timelines and proactively manage next steps and deliverables
- Manage tasks and communication using project and workflow management tools
- Partner with Marketing Coaches on client communication, meetings, and expectation setting
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and recommend solutions to keep projects moving
- Prepare agendas, gather materials, and facilitate internal and client project meetings
- Manage internal review and proofing processes for deliverables
- Review the scopes of work and ensure projects remain within the approved scope
- Address scope changes and coordinate change orders with internal leadership and finance
- Ensure project time tracking is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate vendor or internal quotes for print and digital deliverables as needed
- Provide quality assurance on deliverables, including testing websites before client review
- Traffic final deliverables to clients or third parties in alignment with the approved scope
- Support the development and improvement of project processes and documentation
- Stay adaptable as tools, technology, and AI-driven workflows continue to evolve
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to proactively drive projects to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing digital and print deliverables
- Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, JIRA, or similar)
- Experience with proofing or review tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- HVAC, home services, or agency experience preferred
