- Conduct application testing and participate in integrated testing of vendor functionality
- Develop application‑specific solutions and contribute to system updates and upgrades
- Provide ongoing analysis and troubleshooting support to meet clinical and business requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical applications and systems design, build, integration, and activation
- At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role
- Ability to obtain appropriate EPIC Certification within 6 months if supporting an Epic application
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in EPIC is preferred
- Experience with third‑party radiology and cardiology applications
- Familiarity with workflow optimization techniques
- Proven track record of enhancing system usability and integration performance
