What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Advocate for customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the lifecycle of the program
  • Analyze customer requirements and reported issues to provide effective solutions
  • Support onboarding efforts of Mission Partners onto the ICAM Solution
  • Develop and manage program deliverables such as plans, reports, and training materials
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate customer-facing services and resolve incidents
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active DoW SECRET Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience supporting IT customers in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and demonstrate system functionalities
  • Familiarity with DoW operations and experience interacting with government personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with SailPoint and Access Management tools
  • Knowledge of Conductor One, Zluri, Cyber Ark, Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Microsoft Entra , or Ping Identity
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the technology sector
