• Collaborate with business users to evaluate and optimize processes within the Sage X3 ERP system
• Support design, configuration, and testing of new features and integrations within Sage X3
• Develop and execute functional test plans for patches, upgrades, and new deployments
• Partner with process engineers to align functional design with business goals
• Serve as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams to resolve issues

• 3+ years of hands‑on Sage X3 experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of Sage X3 core modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory, and Purchasing
• Proven ability to work across business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions
• Experience in functional testing, system documentation, and change management within ERP environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Sage X3 integrations using web services or middleware
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data query tools for troubleshooting and analysis
• Background in food manufacturing, commissary operations, or multi-site ERP deployments
• Crystal Reports experience
