The salary range for this position is $69,591.89 to $ for Schedule A, and $69,591.89 to $ for Schedule
B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule
A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule

The New Jersey Judiciary Appellate Division's Administrative Services Office of Technical Applications is seeking a motivated professional with excellent customer service, analytical, and technical skills. Under the direction of the Administrative Supervisor 3 (Appellate IT Manager), the selected candidate will be responsible for the Appellate Division's data analytics as they relate to work processes and must be able to gather, analyze, plan, implement, assess and monitor progress of applications.
This individual will also be responsible for administering the maintenance and support of the Appellate Teams video conferencing network utilized for oral arguments including integration with Court Smart tele-hybrid recording rooms; analyzing first line end-user video support to judiciary staff and public and private entities; managing, configuring and supporting wireless/mobile devices; responding to/troubleshooting help calls, including interpreting the nature, seriousness, and immediacy of a call;
responsible for the recording and streaming of the Supreme Court Oral Arguments which may include the selection or renewal of a vendor and responsibility of ensuring high quality on-line streaming video and subsequent timely posting of the arguments; assisting with the installation and testing of software and hardware deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting calls for all Appellate Division staff, judges, judge's secretaries, law clerks, interns and official court reporters who are in multiple locations throughout the state.
Performs other work as required, including development of tools and materials designed to assist the Appellate Division.
The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position.
