Data Scientist, Data Analyst
The Quantitative UX Researcher is responsible for applying statistical analysis, experimental design, and data-driven methodologies to understand user behavior and inform product decisions. This role partners closely with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to transform large-scale user data into actionable insights that improve usability, engagement, and overall product experience.
The position operates fully remotely and requires a strong background in quantitative research methods, analytics, and user-centered product development.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute quantitative UX research studies including surveys, experiments, and A/B testing
Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior patterns, product usage trends, and experience gaps
Develop metrics frameworks to measure user experience effectiveness and product performance
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define research questions and success metrics
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with data analytics teams to build dashboards and standardized reporting processes
Conduct statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to evaluate product changes
Ensure research methodologies maintain scientific rigor and validity
Communicate research outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Advocate for data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, Behavioral Science, or related field
4–7 years of experience in quantitative UX research, product analytics, or behavioral research
Strong knowledge of experimental design, statistical analysis, and survey methodology
Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (R, Python, SQL, or similar)
Experience analyzing large-scale product or behavioral datasets
Strong data storytelling and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Masters degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative or research-focused discipline
Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience supporting consumer-facing or SaaS digital products
Knowledge of mixed-methods research combining quantitative and qualitative insights
Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $165,000 USD
