Overview
Job Opportunity only available for residents in Colombia. We’re looking for a strong Python developer who has hands-on experience automating infrastructure and working closely with cloud and Dev Ops teams. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving infrastructure automation using Python and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and services
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools
- Work closely with Dev Ops, SRE, and platform teams to improve reliability and scalability
- Support CI/CD pipelines related to infrastructure and application deployments
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows
- Contribute to improving infrastructure standards, security, and best practices
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python development
- 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure automation
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Experience with tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and system fundamentals
- Experience working in Dev Ops or platform engineering environments
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting beyond Python (Bash, Shell)
- 100% Remote work.
