- 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
- 5 years of experience leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience with analytical tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Entrepreneurial drive with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
