This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in the United States. The successful candidate must be able to work standard U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours to ensure effective collaboration with teammates and partners.

The Revenue Operations Specialist supports the infrastructure our Growth team relies on by improving systems, workflows, data quality and enablement resources. This is a hands‑on role focused on CRM accuracy, reporting reliability, process enablement, campaign coordination, and asset governance across marketing and sales infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this role does not carry individual sales quotas or supervisory responsibilities.
Inthis role, you will
- Maintain CRM accuracy for leads, opportunities; implement data hygiene practices and documentation standards
- Generate and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for leadership; improve reporting reliability and visibility into workflow status
- Support Hub Spot administration and adoption (lifecycle stages, lead sources, campaign tracking, basic automation, and reporting)
- Maintain an organized, searchable library of enablement and marketing assets with version control and governance
- Coordinate marketing campaign timelines and deliverables; draft and schedule content across web, email, and social with quality and brand alignment
- Maintain website and landing page updates to reflect current positioning and offerings
- Coordinate webinar and event logistics and administration to support awareness and lead generation efforts
- Manage lead intake routing and internal follow‑up coordination to ensure timely responses and accurate CRM updates
- Coordinate discovery and proposal workflows, including RFP responses, to ensure timely, accurate submissions and accessible documentation
- Manage the administrative agreement workflow from draft to signature (templates, approvals, version control, and documentation), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain enablement resources (discovery guides, service overview documents, FAQs, email templates, proposal components, and question banks) to support consistent communication and documentation
