As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be working with an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, equipping organizations with best-in‑class enterprise solutions to support our clients’ mission and enable transformative growth.

• Leading clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Absence and Time Tracking functional expert – including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing phases
• Coaching clients during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions
• Configuring the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards
• Timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation
• Collaborating on client integration design, configuration, and testing
• Collaborating on client data migrations
• Coaching clients in Workday project approach and acting as a role model in project tasks, such as testing, data validation, issue management, and communication with project leadership
• Proactively communicating project risks and issues to project leadership
• Responsible for your individual professional growth and sharing knowledge with Guidehouse peers to ensure quality and professional growth thrives throughout the Workday practice

• US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
• A Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday or other ERP solutions; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday or other ERP solutions. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday or other ERP solutions
• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured agile methodology
• Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
• 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on‑site support for key milestones as needed

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Previous experience with the operations and culture of government organizations
• Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
• Experience implementing Human Capital Management and Compensation solutions
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, UKG, or similar applications
