- Analyze publisher‑supplied metadata to ensure it is complete, high‑quality, and accurate, proactively identifying gaps and taking action to remediate them.
- Create, load, and maintain collections in the GKB, managing associated metadata including descriptions, subject classifications, alternate names, and related attributes to support accurate indexing and discovery.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation that describes how metadata should be transformed and manipulated for loading.
- Research and source required metadata when it is not provided, ensuring it is properly structured and successfully loaded into the GKB.
- Prioritize and manage weekly tasks, reporting progress and concerns in daily team workload meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross‑functional partners to meet individual, team, and organizational goals.
You will be welcomed as a member of the Global Knowledge Base Team (a team of about 30 people) and the larger Product Management organization.
