Location: Columbia
We’re hiring a Business Analyst/Project Lead to join our team in Columbia, SC
.
This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 25% remote work.
Qualifications:
- No C2C; W-2 only
- 5 years of experience with:
- Analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies
- SAP Success Factors or equivalent HRIS systems
- Creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams)
- 3 years of experience with HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI
Skills:
- Experience with:
- NIST Industry Standard Information Security Practices
- IT implementation projects
- Assist in supporting and improving internal HR processes and optimizing workflows to better leverage the platform and other company systems
Certifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000.
