Description
Client is seeking an experienced Epic Care Analyst – Clin Doc & Orders to join the Community Connect team. This role will support order set build, clinical documentation configuration, and workflow optimization for partner organizations. The analyst will serve as a backup resource for the current team and contribute to new and ongoing Community Connect implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and go‑lives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain Epic Order Sets, clinical documentation tools, smart forms, and related configuration.
- Support Community Connect implementations across multiple partner organizations.
- Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure workflows meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide backup coverage for existing Orders and Clin Doc analysts.
- Hands‑on experience with Order Set build and Clin Doc configuration.
- Experience with Community Connect, including implementations, acquisitions, upgrades, go‑lives, and ongoing support.
- Deep understanding of Epic clinical workflows and build standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification
- Epic Orders Certification
- Clinical Experience (RN, LPN, Allied Health, Etc.) Strongly Preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and clinical teams.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
