Technical Analyst - Remote Position

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and support troubleshooting.
• Investigate logs to diagnose system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
• Support and monitor system integrations to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Perform impact analysis for proposed system changes.
• Validate system behavior during incident response and defect resolution.
• Document workflows, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Support production releases and respond to post-deployment issues.
• Proactively identify recurring system issues and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile-related certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
• Experience with JIRA and SharePoint.
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and backend processes.
• Preferred experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business-friendly language.
• Availability to work outside of core business hours as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
