Senior SAP Basis Consultant

• Collaborate with consulting teams to discover and define problem statements and evaluate solution options
• Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts while implementing deployment plans
• Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions for clients
• Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, and system decommissioning during upgrades and migrations
• Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project life cycles

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in complex SAP environments and Information Technology
• At least 2 years of experience with full lifecycle S/4
  
  HANA migration or conversion projects
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA DB administration, sizing, and performance tuning
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the role

• Knowledge of Release Management and Transport Management concepts and processes
• Experience communicating effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face
• Familiarity with performance metrics and troubleshooting in consulting environments
