• Own and maintain the Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack, ensuring integration hygiene and system reliability
• Design and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance commercial operations
• Build and analyze dashboards and reporting frameworks to support revenue insights and pipeline analytics
• Create data models and translate them into operational workflows, promoting a data-first mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support systems that track deals, contracts, and revenue recognition

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Business Operations in a tech company, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, including workflow automation and data integrity best practices
• Proficient in analytical skills, including SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex logic for business stakeholders

• Experience with AI/LLMs and prompt engineering in commercial operations workflows
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on simplicity and scalability in process design
• Proven ability to foster collaboration and empathy in team environments
