Big Data & Analytics is the Center of Excellence's data consulting and data engineering branch. Hundreds of data engineers and architects build end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions, from strategy and technical design through proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation. We work with customers in the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, and energy domains.

We hold top-level partnership statuses with all major cloud providers and collaborate with technology partners such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others. Currently, we are cooperating with the largest independent full-service specialty pharmacy in the USA, dedicated to transforming healthcare through patient-centered care and innovative solutions.

• An experienced Data Architect with hands-on expertise in building large-scale data platforms, system migrations, and decision-support solutions
• Highly knowledgeable in modern data and analytics technology stacks and architectural patterns, including data warehousing, streaming, real-time, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong in designing and implementing data platforms with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure
• Proficient with Azure Synapse and familiar with services such as Databricks, Synapse Pipelines, Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, and Azure SQL.
• Confident in SQL, Lake Databases, and Python (PySpark) for building and optimizing data solutions
• Well-versed in software development life cycle (SDLC), project documentation standards, and software engineering best practices applied to data engineering and platform development
• Comfortable translating customer requirements into clear architectural designs and development tasks
• Experienced in leading and guiding data engineering teams, providing technical direction and mentorship
• Proactive and effective in shaping solution designs while balancing technical excellence with business needs
• Exceptionally strong in communication and presentation, confident in engaging with customers and stakeholders
• Able to communicate fluently in English within a multicultural environment
• Familiar with pre-sales activities or supporting solution proposals (as an advantage)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Fabric (a plus)

• Be part of a team of data-focused engineers dedicated to continuous learning, improvement, and daily knowledge sharing
• Migrate SSIS and SSRS solutions to Microsoft Fabric
• Work with a cutting-edge technology stack, including innovative services from major cloud providers that may not yet be generally available
• Collaborate with customers from diverse industries, ranging from global enterprises to emerging startups, preparing to launch their first products
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial design and proof of concept through MVP development and full-scale implementation

• Address complex business and technology challenges while delivering impactful projects using top-notch technologies as part of the Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence
