- Oversee Network Engineering, Network Operations Center (NOC), Servers, Storage, and Disaster Recovery teams
- Ensure SLA performance is achieved, analyzed, and reported to leadership
- Manage large-scale infrastructure teams delivering enterprise support services
- Drive continuous improvement, service optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Minimum 8 years of related management experience with emphasis on Data Centers, Servers, Storage, and Network programs and/or projects
- Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure programs and IT systems implementations
- Minimum 5 years managing programs with 100+ personnel
- Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure services across multi-site environments
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Strategic Leader certification
- Experience managing large federal IT infrastructure contracts
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
