We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to collaborate with product management, and engineering from initial research and product definition through concepting, detailed design, prototyping, user testing, and implementation.

• Partnering with Product and Engineering to modernize the end‑to‑end Learning experience, including Course Authoring, Course Player, Course Library, Search/Browse, and learner workflows, translating complex requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Owning UX strategy for Learning modernization initiatives, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and alignment with platform architecture
• Navigating complex stakeholder environments across Content, Compliance, Platform, and Engineering teams to align on experience strategy and manage trade‑offs
• Leading and executing research to inform a data‑driven Learning experience, including generative and evaluative studies, usability testing, analytics analysis, and customer interviews, to improve learner engagement, completion, and administrative efficiency.
• Acting as a senior design leader within the Learning & Performance portfolio
• Modernizing legacy products or contributing to platform transformation efforts.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance‑driven environments.

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in using wireframes to solve complex design challenges, multi‑step user journeys and communicate intricate design ideas, such as wire framing complex user journeys.
• Designs seamless, end‑to‑end interaction flows that span multiple devices and user contexts.
• Build high‑fidelity prototypes with advanced interactions and ensure accessibility is deeply integrated into every design.
• Creates and refines design metrics in collaboration with product and data teams; uses A/B testing and feedback loops to measure UX impact on both user goals and business KPIs.
