• Gather and define client use cases and business requirements to support digital transformation strategies
• Facilitate demos showcasing product functionality and consult on best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert on product features, configurations, and custom functionality
• Create and maintain project deliverables, including business requirements documents and test scripts
• Liaise between project stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and project objectives

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/BSA
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience interacting with clients at all levels
• At least 3 years of experience working in an agile system development life cycle environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), SharePoint, and JIRA

• Experience in the marketing industry
• Experience in the financial industry
• Familiarity with BABOK and XML, HTML, and CSS
