** As a consultant, you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.**## About your manager

Adam Kele is a consulting professional with almost 15 years of experience, usually acting as a Delivery manager for complex transformation projects. He has proven track record of core system replacement, managing both local technology teams and several offshore/onshore 3rd parties.

He likes to combine both IT and business perspective. From strategic program management and decision making to hands-on problems solving and always keeps business needs in mind.## Job description & summary

As a consultant, you will work on transformation projects for clients in the financial sector — primarily banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

You will:
* Work on projects directly at our clients
* Analyze and map business requirements
* Assist with the design and implementation of solutions
* Present implemented solutions to clients
* Build and manage client relationships on a daily basis## Requirements of the role
* Completed university education
* At least 1 year of experience in consulting or financial services
* German language at B2 level — active communication with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries
* Passion for technology and its applications in business
* Good understanding of economic and management topics
* An open mindset when searching for innovative solutions
* Willingness to learn new tools and solutions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills — daily collaboration with clients and the team
* A motivated, ambitious, and hardworking person with a friendly attitude
* A self‑starter with a can‑do mindset
