- Advise executive leadership on ERP strategy, governance, roadmap planning, and long‑term modernization efforts
- Assess current‑state ERP environments and develop actionable recommendations to optimize systems and processes
- Partner with business and IT leaders to define future‑state ERP architecture and transformation priorities
- Lead executive‑level discussions on change impact, risk mitigation, integration strategy, and program direction
- Provide expert guidance on vendor selection, implementation approach, phasing, and best practices
- Translate complex ERP topics into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders
- Oversee or advise on cross‑functional alignment for enterprise transformation programs
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process harmonization across business units
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing mentorship, insight, and governance oversight
- 15+ years of deep ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable enterprise suites)
- Proven background advising executive leadership or steering enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience with ERP roadmap creation, long‑term planning, and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, data structures, and operational workflows
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly at both strategic and tactical levels
- Experience guiding large‑scale implementations, upgrades, or modernization programs
- A consultative mindset with the ability to influence decisions across diverse stakeholders
- Experience working in a formal consulting or advisory capacity
- Background in multi‑ERP environments or hybrid ERP strategies
- Experience with global ERP deployments or multi‑entity operating models
- Familiarity with cloud‑first ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Industry‑specific ERP use cases (manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) are beneficial but not required
- Enterprise architecture or project leadership certifications (TOGAF, PMP) are considered advantageous
- Competitive Compensation – $115–$125 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
