Ready to empower Siemens Digital Industries Software partners globally?This position is the cornerstone of high-impact enablement programs for the Siemens Digital Industries Software partner ecosystem. Your mission is to transform partner presales and technical teams into confident advocates for cutting‑edge, cloud‑based industrial software solutions.
Working autonomously with a global focus, you’ll make decisions quickly, serve as a subject matter expert, and coordinate engaging enablement experiences that drive partner success. Success in this role means tangible results: partners applying their training to win deals, grow their business, and enable faster adoption of Siemens solutions.
You’ll make an impact by Creating and delivering high‑energy enablement- Designing and orchestrating engaging technical training programs that are practical, results‑driven, and energizing.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver virtual and in‑person workshops that build confidence in solution demonstrations.
- Simplifying complex technical material with clear and memorable communication tailored to different audiences.
- Partnering with Zone Leads to prioritize enablement initiatives with clear business impact and revenue potential.
- Translating new product capabilities into partner‑ready training materials by staying ahead of software roadmaps.
- Working directly with partner technical leaders to align enablement with business objectives.
- Building strong cross‑organizational relationships to achieve efficient workflows.
- Managing multiple priorities across international time zones while maintaining momentum and delivering on commitments.
- Adapting quickly to evolving business priorities or emerging opportunities.
- Travelling to partner events and conferences to deliver enablement, foster relationships, and represent Siemens.
- Engaging in partner technical forums to establish visibility as a knowledgeable and accessible resource.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical field.
- Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or technical account management.
- A proven track record of delivering technical training programs with high participant satisfaction.
- Prior experience in partner‑facing roles within channel‑focused organizations.
- Expertise in SaaS delivery models, cloud infrastructure, and subscription‑based business frameworks.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and their value in manufacturing settings.
- Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data management.
