• Develop reporting solutions by translating business requirements into effective reporting designs
• Maintain and enhance the reliability and functionality of existing reports
• Facilitate team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects
• Build and maintain governance processes for reporting, data, and metrics
• Coach and guide team members and clients in data usage and interpretation

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• At least 3 years of SQL experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools

• Business Intelligence consulting experience
• Project management or scrum leading experience
• Experience in PBM or with medical/pharmacy claims and healthcare data
• Familiarity with report generating technologies such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlik View, Business Objects, or Tableau
• Experience in implementing quality process improvement efforts
