Job Overview

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a PL/SQL and ETL Developer - Fully Remote for a 6‑month contract role with our healthcare client in Eagan, MN.

$53.00 – 56.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.

• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica are required
• Snap Logic is preferred, but we can train
• Data Integration
• Healthcare/PBM experience is highly desired

• Promote and apply ETL development best practices.
• Participate on (and may lead) projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Experience with database design, querying, stored procedures, views, joins, and performance tuning.
• Understand Client Business Objectives and perform technical analysis responding to the needs.
• Develop, document, and test ETL interfaces.
• Design & develop workflows, sessions, mappings in Informatica & Snap Logic.
• Develop data replication/synchronization tasks in AWS Cloud (Cloud Application Integrations).
• Post‑deployment support and defect resolution.
• Evaluate all functional requirements and map documents and troubleshoot all development processes.
• Collaborate with application groups to prepare effective solutions for all programs.
• Document all technical specifications and associate project deliverables.
• Design all test cases to provide support to all systems and perform unit tests.

• Experience working with Informatica and Snap Logic toolset.
• Understand the existing ETL jobs and mappings, sessions and workflows.
• Ability to provide sporadic production support if any issues reported.
• Troubleshoot ETL jobs and fix the issues based on the priorities.
• Analyze and understand the data at source and target system to fix the issues within the specified timelines.
• Tune the Informatica mappings.

• Informatica and Snap Logic
• Integration experience working with AWS data services such as Redshift, Aurora, S3, etc.
• SQL & PL‑SQL expertise working with Oracle database.
• Performance tuning of data jobs and pipelines.

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience working in ETL and data domain.
