Work Schedule:
Must work in office 3 days a week and may telecommute (work from home) from within commuting distance to the office location 2 days a week.
Regional SAP Coordinator. Provide functional application support to SAP and non-SAP business-IT applications. Support local Key- & Power- users translating the business requirements to IT solutions in cooperation with Global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, plan and route the functional issues and if needed, trigger the involvement of regional and Global IT team.
- Support local process owners to improve the processes and, if required, support on the specification of the requirement for change requests.
- Assist local teams to keep user documentation up to date.
- Arrange regular meetings with local site and department managers to discuss local issues, pending and expected changes and projects including priority setting and resource allocation.
- Take co-ownership of the Business Impact Assessment in close cooperation with the Local IT Engineer, Local Plant Manager, Local Finance Manager and Global IT.
- Manage local contractors for incidents and changes for assigned solutions.
- Conduct IT user satisfaction surveys in co-ownership with the IT Engineer; report the results and improvement plans to Local Management and the Global General-IT Support Manager.
- Support and monitor Key Users with issue solution testing.
- Engage with local organization to propose continuous improvements.
- Oversee knowledge transfer with local and global business-IT matters.
- Encourage Key-/Power-Users on adoption of Stahl best practices.
- Keep local organization updated about global procedures.
- Provide incident- & problem management related to business-IT solutions: filter and solve within local capabilities and mandate, submit a service ticket to Global IT for next level support, delivering the full issue analysis and reproduction info, monitoring the progress.
- Coordinate test activities for change requests and/or regression tests & UAT.
- Liaise between local site(s) in the region and Global IT.
- Ensure adherence to policies/processes.
$117,957/year
RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or foreign equivalent.
Experience:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible enterprise wide application support experience to include five (5) years with the following:
- Providing IT solutions for SAP and non-SAP business-IT solutions
- Communicating technical information to a variety of stakeholders (end users to management)
- Utilizing Project Management principles and ITIL service management
Travel:
- 2-5% international travel for Global IT group meetings
- 2-5% domestic travel for trainings and meetings
