• Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of data programs, including MDM, DW, and data integration
• Manage offshore team leadership, focusing on planning, prioritization, and performance management
• Act as the primary delivery contact and trusted advisor for existing client engagements
• Drive solution architecture discussions to ensure secure and scalable designs
• Identify risks proactively and act as the escalation point for timely resolution

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data and technology consulting, particularly in Pharma or IT services
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end data programs on a large scale
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large offshore delivery teams
• Strong understanding of data management frameworks, MDM implementations, and data warehousing concepts

• Experience working with global onshore-offshore delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to GxP or regulated environments
