Instructional Designer & LMS Administrator
In this dynamic and impactful role, you will shape engaging, scalable learning experiences for educators by combining instructional design excellence with hands‑on LMS administration. You will architect learning journeys that support onboarding, adoption, certification, and long‑term success across digital and blended formats. Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, you will translate product knowledge and pedagogical principles into high‑quality, learner‑centered programs. - Design and maintain scalable learning architectures aligned to onboarding, activation, adoption, certification, and ongoing support journeys
- Create engaging, interactive, and SCORM‑compliant digital courses using modern authoring tools and instructional design best practices
- Develop learning experiences across asynchronous, synchronous, and blended modalities, ensuring consistency and pedagogical alignment
- Establish and maintain instructional design standards, templates, workflows, assessments, and quality benchmarks
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to produce accurate, high‑impact learning content
- Continuously improve learning programs using learner feedback, engagement analytics, and completion metrics
- Own day‑to‑day LMS administration, including course configuration, catalogs, certifications, user management, permissions, and reporting
- Manage LMS workflows, integrations, SCORM deployment, and technical troubleshooting to ensure reliability and scalability
- Serve as the internal expert on LMS capabilities, best practices, and learning operations
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital learning programs for adult or professional audiences
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and learner‑centered content development
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Hands‑on experience administering an LMS, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and user management
- Solid understanding of SCORM standards and experience deploying SCORM content at scale
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content customization or LMS enhancements
- Excellent writing, editing, visual design, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into learning improvements
- Experience in education, EdTech, or K–12 environments and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders
