Technical Adoption Manager – Networking & Security

• Establish long-term relationships within assigned accounts while understanding clients' strategic goals
• Provide project leadership, coordination, and architectural guidance for VMware initiatives
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and product management
• Map VMware solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements while addressing business and technical issues

• 12+ years of strong networking experience with VMware networking products
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or technology consultant
• BS degree preferred or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Solid knowledge of VMware products, including networking and security solutions
• VMware Certified Professional Certification (VCP) or ability to obtain it within 90 days

• Advanced networking and security background with relevant technical certifications
• Experience with integrating heterogeneous networking and security environments
• Familiarity with systems management concepts and standards
• Strong business insight and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with CxO-level personnel
