Aboutthe Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Analytics Developer to join our team as an individual contributor and trusted expert. In this role, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, engineers, developers, and analysts to design and deliver data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
You'll own the full lifecycle—from gathering requirements and shaping project plans to building complex datasets, integrating data from multiple sources, and enabling downstream reporting and analytics. If you enjoy solving complex problems with clean, scalable data solutions, this is your place.
What You'll Do- Develop advanced business analytics solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
- Gather requirements, scope projects, and create clear documentation
- Design, build, and maintain datasets, tables, and views to support reporting and analytics
- Combine data from multiple sources to create new, reliable, and scalable data assets
- Apply data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, cardinality, normalization, etc.)
- Build and maintain SSRS reports
- Communicate project updates, constraints, and expectations effectively with stakeholders
- Leverage deep SQL expertise to drive insights and ensure data accuracy
- 5‑7 years of analytics experience in a data warehouse or big data environment
- 3+ years Advanced SQL programming skills (stored procedures, functions, CTEs, nested queries, etc.)
- 3+ years experience with Medicaid
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts
- Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience creating and maintaining SSRS reports
- Experience managing and deploying code with Git Hub
- Background working with healthcare claims and services data
- Additional SQL expertise in complex enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
