• Manage internal IT support operations and streamline workflows for employee IT needs
• Act as the primary contact for employee IT support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Monitor compliance with mobile device management (MDM) and assist employees with device-related concerns
• Collaborate with the Hardware Managed Service Provider (MSP) for smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
• Contribute to automation initiatives and enhancements in internal IT processes

• 1-3 years of experience in Internal IT, IT Support, or IT Operations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support and operations context
• Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint environments (macOS and Windows)
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (US/UK) at a B2 level or equivalent

• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or REST APIs)
• Prior experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication
• Knowledge of operating systems and comfort with OS upgrades and device compliance
