• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for collaborative work management platforms including Jira, Linear, Asana, and Slack
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify workflow bottlenecks and improve collaboration across teams
• Define and implement an async-first collaboration model to enhance communication and reduce low-value interactions
• Create and maintain a center of excellence for work management, establishing clear standards and training for new employees
• Manage change and enablement for new tools and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive documentation

• Proven experience managing work management and collaboration platforms like Jira, Linear, Asana, and Slack
• Track record of improving team productivity and collaboration through tool and process enhancements
• Experience working with diverse teams and understanding their workflows to design effective solutions
• Ability to influence adoption of new tools across teams resistant to change
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and defining KPIs for workflow metrics

• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams and understanding the software development lifecycle
• Experience with Slack administration, APIs, and automation tools, particularly AI-powered features
• Hands-on experience with knowledge management and enterprise search platforms
• History of managing collaboration tools at scale for large, distributed teams
