We are looking for a Global Head of Partnerships to lead, scale, and evolve our partner ecosystem. Partnerships are a core engine of Deel’s growth, spanning technology integrations (HCM, Fintech, ERP), channel partners, and strategic service providers.

The ideal candidate is a "leader of leaders" who has successfully built multi-billion dollar ecosystems in a scale-up environment. You have the executive presence to navigate boardroom-level negotiations, yet maintain the granular obsession of a builder who can audit an API integration or a referral workflow at the lowest level of detail.

• Architect the Global Strategy:
  Build and execute the multi-year roadmap for Deel’s global partnership ecosystem, including Tech/ISV, Channel/SI, and Strategic Alliances.

• Scale the "Machine":
  Evolve our partnership function into a repeatable, data-driven revenue engine that contributes significantly to Deel’s ARR.

• Lead a High-Performance Team:
  Direct a global, distributed team of partnership managers. You will be responsible for hiring top-tier talent and mentoring them into the next generation of Deel leaders.

• Drive Executive Alliances:
  Personal ownership of Deel’s most critical, high-impact strategic relationships. You’ll be the face of Deel for our most important global partners.

• Operational Excellence:
  Own the partnerships P&L. Define the KPIs, oversee the tech stack (PRM, attribution models), and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

• Product-Led Growth:
  Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure our platform is "built for partners," driving deeper integrations that create "sticky" value for our shared customers.
