What You’ll Do- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports that drive strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable BI solutions.
- Define and document consistent KPIs and data standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to meet complex data requirements.
- Lead small to mid-size BI projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and communication.
- Train and support end users to maximize BI adoption and impact.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, visual insights that influence business strategy.
- Improve visibility into performance through transparent, metrics-driven reporting.
- Help teams track goals and measure success with reliable, unified data.
- 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst in a data warehouse environment.
- Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
- 4+ years with Tableau (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools also welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred: experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python, or R for automation and advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $130,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include:
