• Design optimal solutions with regard to processes and IT architecture and describe their impact on the functioning of systems and workflow.
• Be in regular contact with clients and actively cooperate with them.
• Analyze customer needs and participate in the formulation of business requirements.
• Translate client requirements into concrete form, compare them with the current solution and come up with suggestions for its further development.
• Collaborate on the design of the user interface and user experience.
• Prepare materials for the development team, including usage scenarios and detailed assignments.

• You operate in a software development environment and have a good overview of both IT and business analysis, including web and mobile solutions.
• You can think creatively, think systematically and rely on a practical perspective.

• You understand the principles of long-term cooperation and supplier-customer relationships.
• You enjoy teamwork, you like to take the initiative and actively participate in events.
• Experience with agile development approaches, including the procedures and tools used, is a welcome asset.
• Orientation in the field of business intelligence, working with data, open data sources and understanding the functioning of public administration is an advantage.
