** You Will:
*** Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across a variety of client industries and complex use cases, ensuring your clients are gaining the most value from the Smartsheet platform towards their intended business outcome
* Lead discovery sessions to understand client's current state processes, business challenges, and future state requirements to design a custom Smartsheet solution that achieves their desired business outcomes
* Build Smartsheet solutions via solution prototyping, iterative build sprints, compelling client demonstrations, and collecting and incorporating client feedback
* Manage all aspects of your projects, including, but not limited to, timeline, resources, deliverables, scope, budget, change requests and client relations
* Collaborate with other consulting team members, both on projects and around personal development. Participate in the onboarding mentor program, both as a mentee and mentor
* Review and validate solution designs by performing internal solution testing, creating customer-facing user acceptance test scripts, and facilitating end-user acceptance testing with customer stakeholders
* Design, demonstrate, and build Smartsheet solutions
* that fit within customer business needs
** Serve as an advisor on best practices and capabilities of the Smartsheet platform at scale across a variety of industries and business functions
* Identify and mitigate project deliverable and customer outcome risks, both internally and with client leadership
* Demonstrates and shares mastery of Smartsheet Product Knowledge with a strong understanding of complex solution architecture
* Identify product and services expansion opportunities for Smartsheet with the customer's user base
* Meet or exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets aligned to the role
* Mentor junior/new team members to share technical design and implementation best practices
* Coach and enable customer solution owners on maintenance, enhancement, and governance for post-delivery solution ownership
* Contributes new ideas and shares learnings with the team by facilitating and taking ownership of teach-backs
