The Role

You will be the Senior Manager, Solutions Architect who possesses a blend of deep infrastructure expertise, data security acumen, and executive presence. You will lead workshops to align diverse stakeholders (from CISOs to Data Engineers) and collaborate with our partner ecosystem to ensure successful value delivery.

Key

Areas of Focus
  • Secure Cloud Migration: You will guide customers on securing their migration journeys to modern platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and major cloud data warehouses.
  • AI & Data Privacy Strategy: Advise on privacy challenges of Generative AI and Large Language Models, specifically on preventing PII leakage within training sets and inference pipelines.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture & Integration: Guide integration of our solution into multi-cloud environments, leveraging Kubernetes and container orchestration for scalable deployments.
  • Executive Alignment & Workshops: Lead discovery workshops and strategy sessions to align CIOs, CISOs, CDOs and technical practitioners on business value and architectural fit of Databolt.
  • Partner & SI

    Collaboration:

Collaborate with System Integrators (SIs) and Channel Partners to enable effective deployment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate Complex Stakeholder Maps:
Identify and align technical decision-makers, economic buyers, and influencers; translate technical capabilities into business value for CxOs.
  • Lead Technical Discoveries:
Assess customer environments, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and regulatory constraints (GDPR, PCI, PII) to determine the best Databolt fit.
  • Architect Scalable Solutions:
Design and document implementation plans aligned with customer cloud strategy; address ingress/egress, latency, and resource management in Kubernetes environments.
  • Manage Partner Engagements:
Serve as the technical liaison for System Integrators involved in the implementation; ensure training and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs):
Oversee technical POCs to validate solutions against customer use cases.
  • Champion Data Security:
Educate on tokenization best practices and map capabilities to compliance requirements.

  • Understanding of cloud migration patterns and the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and how security integrates into data pipelines
