• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics engineering with stakeholder interaction.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Experience with big data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Skill in productizing and maintaining data science in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, C++, and familiarity with software development best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to align analytics engineering with business needs.
