Site Security Lead - SG- Saltillo

Delivery Lead - SG8 - Indaiatuba/SP (Inadaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil).

• Contributes into a shared backlog of cross product, cross location constraints and impediments to inform next focus areas.
• Helps with removing impediments and/or raises impediments to the Action Team.
• Works with managers and team members to ensure that new team members are successfully onboarded to agile events and team practices.
• Works with diverse stakeholders and multiple teams working on diverse technical platforms.

• 10+ years of diverse experience in handling multiple teams.
• Background in infrastructure and operations domain is an added advantage.
• Deep understanding and implementation of agile way of working with experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of organization.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on removing impediments and driving team success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in VSM, waste identification and elimination, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
• Degree in Information Technology discipline – university degree (4 years or equivalent).
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent agile certifications.
